Guided Solutions: Reiki with a Purpose
Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that relieves stress and promotes healing on all levels: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. A warm, calm, and comforting energy flows through the hands of the practitioner into the client. In-person sessions are usually done with the client laying comfortably on a massage table, fully-clothed. Distance Reiki is usually given via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom meeting, and the client can be seated or laying down comfortably in their own home while they receive the calming energy. Reiki.org is a wonderful resource if you would like to learn more about this sweet, non-religiously-affiliated, healing modality.

*Reiki for ANIMALS: Do you have a beloved pet in your life that could benefit from the warm, loving energy of Reiki? It provides a safe and easy way to help ease your pet's nerves, reduce stress, and promote well-being and healing. Often, animals prefer distance Reiki to in-person at first because they are quite sensitive to the energy. You may order an entire Reiki session just for them, or you may split an hour session into 2 sections: 30 minutes of Reiki for you, and 30 minutes of Reiki for them! You'll get an emailed report afterwards with details about what I saw and felt while working with them, as well as any strong messages that come through.
